Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 8xk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8xk platform at https://8xk.lat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8xk platform and close any account you have registered. 8xk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 8xk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8xk is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or receive any bonuses under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf and not as agent for any third party.

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account with 8xk. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 8xk support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 8xk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You must not use another person's account, attempt to access another player's account, or assist any third party in circumventing account security measures implemented by 8xk.
• 8xk may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including your Bangladesh mobile number — accurate and up to date. Outdated contact information may delay account verification, password recovery, or withdrawal processing.

8xk reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete; where suspicious activity is detected; or where the account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

8xk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. The following key terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the 8xk platform:

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 8xk platform without exception:

• Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. 8xk reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and may withhold associated winnings pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. 8xk reserves the right to request documentation confirming your identity, age, and ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• 8xk does not accept deposits made with funds derived from criminal activity. Any account where 8xk has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are the proceeds of crime will be suspended immediately, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

8xk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) for each offer will be stated in the offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard rollover for cash bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are credited to your 8xk account in bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirement before conversion to real, withdrawable balance. Real-money funds deposited into your account are wagered before bonus balance in all cases.
• 8xk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to impose a maximum cashout limit on any bonus. Maximum cashout limits, where applicable, will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for real-money wagering on games available at 8xk. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting the rollover requirement, or used to place bets that do not contribute toward wagering requirement completion.
• 8xk reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the accounts of any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players.

No bonus, promotional credit, or free spin award may be transferred from one 8xk account to another under any circumstances. Winnings derived from free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are subject to the rollover requirement specified for that offer before withdrawal.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

8xk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 8xk players at no cost and without any adverse effect on account standing:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive an alert when your session limit is approaching, and your session will be closed automatically when the limit is reached.
• Temporary time-out: suspend your 8xk account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Pending withdrawals will continue to be processed during a time-out period.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely close your 8xk account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. 8xk will not market to self-excluded players and will take reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded accounts from being re-opened during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8xk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, permanent exclusion from the platform, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the 8xk platform, whether in the same name or under different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the 8xk platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. 8xk complies with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to place bets, make deposits, request withdrawals, or otherwise interact with the 8xk platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game — including but not limited to sharing cards in live poker, coordinating bets in live dealer games, or exploiting known weaknesses in game software.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, system fault, display error, or software bug on the 8xk platform for financial gain. 8xk reserves the right to void any bets or winnings arising from a technical error and to recover funds paid in error.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information trading in connection with sports betting markets available on the 8xk platform. 8xk treats match-fixing as a serious criminal offence and will report any credible evidence to the relevant sports governing bodies and law enforcement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8xk platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and underlying software — is the property of 8xk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8xk platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8xk platform without the prior written consent of 8xk. Unauthorised use of 8xk's intellectual property may constitute a criminal offence and will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8xk and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the 8xk platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 8xk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8xk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any content on the platform is accurate, complete, or current. 8xk provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Privacy & Data Protection

8xk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with 8xk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
